Recipes from home, served in Uptown
Saffron Fork started as a weekend pop-up — biryanis and filter coffee for friends who missed the flavors of Hyderabad and Chennai. Today we run a full dining room on McKinney Ave, but the spice blends are still ground weekly and the dum biryani still seals in the pot every Friday night.
Whether you are here for a quick lunch thali, a family dinner, or our legendary weekend biryani line, we cook the way our mothers and grandmothers taught us: patient, generous, and always with extra naan on the side.
